I love Corel Painter. <3
This is sort of a self-tutorial, teaching myself to use the program. I used about four different techniques on different parts and learned an awful lot. Used the basic design of a playing card - two faces with something cool between 'em. Maybe I'll do another one with the ladies. This was fun.
Not entirely pleased with the lack of contrast between faces and background, but messing about with the background color makes for a very unhappy painting. I may redo this later.

My ONE criticism is that I recall Zechs' nose being a thin ski jump. I could be wrong, but that's what I remember it as being.
Agree with you on the nose issue - that's my major complaint in the lineart.
